Each bank employee should have received their voucher code through Navrat's which will be used to finalize and submit your order.  All orders will be paid for at check out  - be sure to enter your voucher if you have one - and if you spend over that you can use any debit or credit card to complete the transaction. (If you fail to enter your voucher at check out the order will have to be credited and you will have to reorder.) Because all items are custom made, production takes 2-3 weeks, plus delivery. Holiday time may have extended production turnaround. and all sales are final (No refunds or exchanges). We do have size & color charts featured at the bottom of each page for that item.
